The Dojo
Dojo = "The place of the way" or training hall.
We train on a 1000 square foot wooden floor with bare feet so that we can feel our connection during training. This floor is special in that it has multiple suspensions under it allowing for a slight flexion on each step. This reduces fatigue and allows for extended periods of training(similar to how anti-fatigue mats work).
Rails surround the Dojo walls for kick training.
